I respectfully acknowledge that I live and work on the unceded territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən Peoples, including the Songhees Nation, Esquimalt First Nations, and the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. I recognise that their historical relationship with the land continues to this day and am deeply grateful for the opportunity to live, teach, and learn on these lands.
